To My Grandma

(Tune to Oh Sussanah)

    When I was just a little Girl,
    I sat upon your knee.
    You taught me of the Bible
    and you mean a lot to me.

        When I'm troubled,
        you always understand.
        You are my dear grandmother;
        and I really think you"re grand.

    As I grew a little older,
    you taught me wrong from right.
    Perhaps you sometimes spoiled
    me but I think that was all right.

    And when I grow as old as you
    I hope that I will be
    As good to my grandchildren
    as you have been to me.
